Supported by a consulting firm, CLARINS selected in 2022 SCALLOG’s Goods To Person technology, perfectly suited to its two-level building. This innovative solution enabled a rapid transformation without disrupting existing operations, creating an automated zone dedicated to retail order preparation, capable of handling both B2B and B2C orders. The strong involvement of teams and dedicated training facilitated the transition to robotization, ensuring operator buy-in and operational continuity.

The SCALLOG project was rolled out in multiple phases, from design in October 2022 to full deployment in June 2023, covering a 4,300 m² mezzanine area. With 12 picking stations and nearly 4,000 SKUs managed, the system processes an average of 2,500 B2B orders and 1,000 B2C orders daily, with baskets ranging from 6 to 50 products. This setup streamlines omnichannel management from a single inventory, delivering significant gains in efficiency, speed, and productivity.
